My first born...

Last month I became a grandmother...courtesy of my eldest son whose wife gave birth last January 20... and this made me look back to our 'somewhat' short bonding moments as mother and son. You see we never really had the chance to be together all that often...it's a long story...but suffice it to say that in my own little way, I tried my best to be a good mom to him...but I don't think I ever was...and now, I am a grandma...and sad to say I suddenly missed the little boy I once held in my arms twenty-four years ago...I knew many times I have failed to be there for him...I just wish he knew that in my heart of hearts...I will always love him...after all he was the first recipient of my unconditional love - my first born son...
