KITCHEN MISADVENTURE SERIES – FISH FILLET IN SWEET CORN AND WHITE SAUCE
I had some leftover fish fillet from the one I used to make the nuggets and so I decided to cook another fish dish but this time with some sauce so it won’t be too dry. We had this for lunch and though it was just me, the hubby and the daughter…it was truly a satisfying meal! I got the recipe from CASA Veneracion’s archive. The only difference is that instead of using fresh corn on the cob, I cheated and used the ones in a can…It still tasted great though! I just knew my family loves anything with milk…and corn…so they just love that this dish had both…thanks Sassy for sharing!
