KITCHEN MISADVENTURE SERIES 30: HERBED PORKCHOPS



For the kids’ baon today, I decided to cook the regular fried porkchops but I just added some herbs to infuse their baon with flavor. Of course, I pre-boiled the pork chops the night before. Then, I added some of the available herbs in my pantry – dried basil, rosemary, an assortment of Italian herbs, and of course salt and pepper. Then, in the morning I deep-fried the chops in oil and voila! Herbed pork chops for my kids’ baon!
