Tonight, I witnessed yet another grim reminder that I am indeed getting old… because it’s my little boy’s prom night – well, he’s not quite so little anymore, in fact, he’s a lot bigger than me! Funny how time flies so fast and you never really realize how fast until it suddenly stares you in the face… in a few more years he’ll be going to college and depending on whatever college he may eventually chose to enter – be it the PMA or MAAP or whatever college he ends up with – it would turn out the same – I would cease to see him everyday…harassing him to take out his baunan from his school bag and pick up his clothes which he is perennially leaving on the floor and all over his already messy bedroom. Truth to tell, despite his hardheadedness --- I am honestly going to miss him! So I guess I really do need to savor moments like this while he’s still with us…and maybe create more bonding moments to spend together...
