For their breakfast and baon today, I cooked the same old fried chicken – but with a twist! I got this from a recipe of another fave food blooger – Dennis (of Lutong Bahay blog). I marinated the chicken in some salt, pepper, and a generous amount of curry powder the night before. Then, this morning when I awoke I just heated up some cooking oil – just enough to submerge the chicken pieces, then I dredged each piece in a bit of flour before dropping in the steaming hot oil and voila – delicious fried chicken which even my daughter liked! Thanks a lot Dennis for another good recipe!
