This is actually a very easy one because I kinda cheated a bit. Before Ditse and I left for the hospital at around lunch time, I marinated the chicken legs in store-bought Rosemary and Garlic marinade from McCormick. Then, when we got back home at around five and after having a bit of coffee, I simply popped the chicken legs in the turbo broiler and after about 20 minutes I flipped it over and then 20 minutes more … voila it’s finished!
