This is a problem when I don’t post recipes of food that I cook immediately after I do them…most of the time they end up forgotten in the archives of my computer until a photo suddenly and mysteriously appears and I suddenly remember… like what happened with this two puddings I made. The file photo was dated March 21 and when I checked my diary, it said that indeed I baked two different puddings on that day – a mango pudding and one with tuna and cheese. But no reference was made to the recipe and more specifically its source. I searched my archives and still nothing came up so I guess I won’t be able to post the recipe I followed, just pictures of the pudding … sorry???
